Check the network carefully. Only send USDT using one of the networks listed above. The payer bears network fees and the risk of using an unsupported network, token, address or insufficient amount. Payment is complete only after the transaction has been confirmed and the full amount has been received.

General payment conditions

  • Use the invoice number as the payment reference.
  • Pay the exact amount and currency stated on the invoice, unless an alternative amount has been confirmed by Libertax.
  • All bank, intermediary, transfer and blockchain-network charges are borne by the payer.
  • Payment is considered made only when cleared funds are received in the designated account or wallet.
  • A bank instruction, transfer receipt or blockchain submission is not by itself proof that the full amount has been received.
  • Overpayments and refunds may be returned using the original method, after compliance checks and deduction of unrecoverable third-party costs where permitted.
